Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Population administration vulnerable population is a population that has not been registered or registered as a resident because of obstacles to obtaining population documents, one of which is people who live in forest areas. In Way Kanan Regency, especially in the Register 44 Forest Area, there are people who live in the forest area. Purpose: The objectives of this study include analysis, obstacles, efforts and recommendations that the Way Kanan Regency Government can provide in the service of population documents for vulnerable residents of Adminduk in the forest area of register 44. Method: This research method is a qualitative research with an inductive approach that aims to observe phenomena that occur by collecting data and facts related to existing problems and analyzing research with the service quality theory from Zeithaml. Result: The results of this study are that the population document service for the vulnerable population of Adminduk in the forest area register 44 Way Kanan Regency cannot be said to be of high quality because there are 2 dimensions that have not been achieved, namely the physical form of service and guarantees in providing services. Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that population document services for vulnerable residents of Adminduk in the forest area of register 44, Way Kanan Regency cannot be said to be of high quality due to the large number of residents who have not received population documents. The suggestions given are updating facilities and providing training. Key Words: Services, Vulnerable Residents population administration, Resident Documents
