Abstract
ABSTRACT The majority of Cimahi’s land assets had not yet received a certificate in which the majority of Cimahi’s assets were delegated from Bandung regency. The study aims to find how to optimize the safeguarding of land assets of the city’s Cimahi. In addition to finding out what obstacles are taking place in securing land assets and what efforts to overcome the obstacles. Research methods used in a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. The data source in this study is the primary and secondary data source. The data analysis technique used was data collecting, data presentation and a deduction drawing. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. According to research, optimizing the safeguarding of cimahi's land assets is still not optimal. This is because of optimizing the security of city government property assets cimahi both physical security, administration security and legal security are still several obstacles. Therefore, the writer suggests adding a functional arsiparis so as to maximize the functionality of the land- asset administration, quickly completing the lost land-asset document, forming a team to sit in agreement with the Indonesian army's national guard and redoing the inventory so that the data is recorded on item a (kib a) according to actual conditions. Keywords : Optimize, Land assets security ABSTRAK Mayoritas aset tanah milik Pemerintah Kota Cimahi belum memiliki sertifikat, karena sebagian besar aset milik Pemerintah Kota Cimahi merupakan pelimpahan dari Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi pengamanan aset tanah milik Pemerintah Kota Cimahi. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja dalam optimalisasi pengamanan aset tanah serta upaya apa yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, optimalisasi pengamanan aset tanah milik Pemerintah Kota Cimahi masih belum optimal.
