Abstract

Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The Denpasar PRO application (Online People's Service) was created by the Denpasar City Communications, Information and Statistics Office as a public service medium in the form of complaint services. The Denpasar PRO application (Online People's Services) can be said to be successful, one of which is in terms of user satisfaction. User satisfaction can be viewed from the factors of system quality, service quality and information quality. The phenomenon found is that there are inconsistencies in previous research that discusses system quality, service quality and information quality on user satisfaction. Purpose: This research aims to measure and determine the effect of system quality, service quality and information quality on user satisfaction of the Denpasar PRO application (Pelayan Rakyat Online). Method: The design of the research is used a a quantitative method that leads to explanatory research. Sampling in this research used a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear analysis. Result: The results show that the system quality, service quality and information quality in the Denpasar PRO application (Pelayan Rakyat Online) have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. The results of this research are in line with the results of research by Utomo (2017), Armeliadinda & Azis (2020) and Agani & Azis (2021) which state that information quality, system quality, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction.
