Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). PT. Pertamina Field Jambi is a state-owned company located in Jambi City. CSR is a form of corporate social responsibility to the surrounding community, especially the community in the area of the company's operations. This form of responsibility is of course implemented in the form of a CSR program. Not only that, of course in the implementation of CSR programs. Not only that, of course, the implementation of the CSR program is also a form of maintaining the company's image. So this study aims to see how the implementation of the work program of the BUMN company in collaboration with the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and SMEs of Jambi City.Objective: To find out the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program for the empowerment of micro and small businesses, PT. Pertamina has been able to meet the expectations of PT Pertamina and the people in Jambi City, Jambi Province. Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: the implementation of CSR programs with third parties, namely the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and SMEs of Jambi City, aims to empower the surrounding community and improve their standard of living and also to know the assistance provided. PT. Pertamina Field Jambi has a high sense of concern for the surrounding environment. So this effort is useful to maintain the positive image of PT. Pertamina Field Jambi.Conclusion: Pertamina Field Jambi cooperates well with the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and SMEs of Jambi City. Both parties have been able to realize the expectations of PT. Pertamina Field Jambi is related to the implementation of its partnership program in empowering SMEs in Jambi City. The indicators that become PT.Pertamina Field Jambi's satisfaction with its program are business capital, forms of training and coaching.
