Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): The research conducted by the author took the title "Optimization of Birth Certificate Issuance in Improving Population Aministration Order in Mataram City", is a description of how optimal the issuance of birth certificates in increasing the orderly administration of population in Mataram City to the community. Purpose: This research aims to illustrate how the Issuance of Birth Certificates in Improving The Orderly Administration of Population in Mataram City. Methode: The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive with an inductive approach and the data collection techniques used are semi-structured interviews, documentation and observation. Result: The results of this study show that the services that have been provided by the Mataram City Population and Civil Registration Office in terms of publishing and employee skills have met community expectations. Conclusion: In terms of publishing and employee skills have met community expectations, but the infrastructure includes birth printing tools, data input facilities and the like in the form of computer supplies, printers and CPUs in addition to networks and servers. Who often experience interference when going to input data and download population databases, quality still needs to be improved by continuing education to a higher level and providing technology. As for the obstacles that exist in the Mataram City Population and Civil Disobediation Office, the lack of availability of budgets and infrastructure, then there are often delays in issuing births due to data errors or lack of applicant information. Based on these conclusions, the author provides advice to follow up on community responses in terms of quality of service to the issuance of birth certificates, add and utilize facilities and infrastructure, improve the quality of employees in terms of ability and skills and add programs that can support the smooth management of population documents.
