Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research Public services by the apparatus that are expected by the government in order to realize good governance have not yet run as they should.Objective: to find out how the performance of the state civil apparatus in providing public services to the community.Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result The performance of the state Civil Apparatus in providing public services at the Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office of Riau Province is seen from The dimensions of the quality and ability of employees, namely in terms of the quality and ability of employees in providing public services in DPMPTSP can be said to be good, the dimensions of Supporting Facilities In terms of facilities and infrastructure in public services at DPMPTSP are good and the Suprasarana dimension of DPMPTSP strictly follows the rules issued by the government in implementing public services, especially Law No. 25 of 2009.Conclusion: the performance of the apparatus in providing public services based on performance theory according to Simanjuntak in Widodo (2014:133) which has dimensions of Quality and Ability of Employees, Supporting Facilities and Suprasara in the implementation of public services that are still not running optimally due to problems on the website and the lack of apparatus capabilities in terms of IT. The researcher suggests that the Riau Province One Stop Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) should add personnel in the IT sector and provide training for all personnel in order to improve technical capabilities so that public services can be carried out optimally.
