Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). The administration of government affairs, especially public services, is required to maximize quality and professionalism. Cimahi City is one of the areas with a high population that has a low level of birth certificate ownership. In order to improve services to the community, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Cimahi carried out an innovation through an integrated service innovation, namely the One Day Service Package 3 In .Objective: to determine the implementation of services, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and the efforts made by the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Cimahi City.1Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: The One Day Service Package 3 In 1 Service in Issuing Child Birth Certificates has been going quite well, this can be seen from the 5 service indicators (Zeithaml theory) that have been described to the researcher and the responses of the public who gave a positive response. The challenges in implementation are used as evaluation material and will continue to be addressed for the realization of a complete service.Conclusion: One Day Service Package 3 In 1 services are included in public service innovations that are running well in improving population administration services. Supporting factors include the mandate from the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration of the Republic of Indonesia and adequate human resources. The inhibiting factors include the absence of regulations, limited facilities and infrastructure, the program is not known to the whole community, the COVID-19 pandemic and public understanding of the urgency of having a birth certificate is still lacking. This office has made several efforts, such as increasing cooperation with sub-districts, sub-districts, and related parties; improve coordination and create innovations in population administration services, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure as well as utilization of existing human resources.
