Abstract
Problem (GAP): There are still many civil servants who are still not orderly in administration and are not punctual or undisciplined in working hours. Objective: This study aims to determine the Supervision Function by the Inspectorate in the audit field, in this case the role of audit and its expertise in providing a quality report on budget realization at the Regional Inspectorate of the Tanimbar Islands Regency. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Results/Findings: The results of this research are the discovery of obstacles in the implementation of supervision where the process of providing data takes a long time, resulting in the process of supervision being hampered and also the occurrence of collusion and nepotism in supervision and inadequate in terms of quality in the field of auditing where audit staff are available. In the regional inspectorate of the Tanimbar Islands Regency there is absolutely nothing and this is a problem also in the inspection/audit process. Conclusion: It can be concluded that sanctions must be implemented strictly for violators in the administration in this case KKN in accordance with the rules so that they can be punished according to the type of violation.. and it is recommended to optimize the supervisory function and reinforce sanctions without nepotism and others.
