Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The One-Door Integrated Investment and Service Office is a regional device organization that has a duty to help the Governor carry out government affairs in the field of investment. The problem that occurs is the lack of the number of people, who serve licensing, facilities and infrastructure owned are good enough however. There needs to be an update. Purpose: The implementation of the research aims to research and analyze the implementation of the Motor Permit Shuttle (AJIB) innovation service by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Investment and Integrated Services Office, so that this service is very useful and makes it easier for the community to take care of licensing letters. Method: The research method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Then, each needed data is collected using interview techniques, observation, documentation, triangulation and data analysis based on analytical techniques according to Miles and Hubberman and ASOCA analysis. The study shows that AJIB services are still not effective. There are several obstacles, namely the lack of call centers, lack of socialization carried out by employees to the community. Therefore, strategies are needed to solve existing obstacles such as AgO strategy, SO Strategy, AgO Strategy, AbC Strategy, SC Strategy and AgC Strategy. The advice that can be done is that DPMPTSP should play an active role in socializing AJIB innovations, increasing the number of Call Center personnel by 20 people and improving or adequate facilities and infrastructure including 10 laptops, 5 phones and improvements to wifi internet networks so that the network is more stable.
