Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). To find out and describe the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the implementation of Work From Home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province.objective: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews using structured interviews, where scientists are more free than organized and open meetings. is in the field. and documentation where the author documents the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Service employees in the implementation of Work From Home (WFH) during the Corona Virus Disease-19 pandemic in East Lampung Regency: To find out the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the implementation of Work From Home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: In carrying out its performance, the State of Indonesia is faced with an outbreak of the COVID-19 disease, this COVID-19 disaster has brought and also changed human activities or activities in various parts of life to prevent the spread of infection which is now developing, so every activity has become very limited.Conclusion: services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, are still running even during this pandemic. The work assigned is Work From Home (WFH) and offline. And of course with the provisions of the quota. The services and time distribution provided are also in accordance with the applicable SOP.
