Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem of the low utilization of population administration service innovations Go-Dok by the community in the City of Tasikmalaya. Purpose: This study aims to describe the evaluation of the implementation of Go-Dok administration service innovations in Tasikmalaya City. Method: This study uses a qualitative method and is analyzed using the CIPP evaluation theory from Stufflebeam (2014). Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews (6 informants), and the community using snowball sampling (min. 20 people), observation and documentation. Result: The results showed that the evaluation of the Go-Dok implementation in the City of Tasikmalaya had met the CIPP evaluation theory. However, there is still something unexpected in the field, such as the improvisation of the Go�Dok population administration service innovation in Tasikmalaya City. Conclusion: The implementation of Go-Dok services in the City of Tasikmalaya has been going well by being able to provide benefits to the community and there are several things that must be fixed and improved.
