Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The pandemic period in indonesia is still a serious problem. The spread of this virus Fairly fast. human contact is the main cause of cases thet occur in Indonesia the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia especially in the land of java itself, is very difficult to control considering that the javanese community is a community group that prioritixe togheterness. Purpose: the purpose of this reseach is the implementation of the application of dicipline and law enforcment of health protocol as an effort to prevent and control Covid-19 in Purworejo Regency, knowing various kinds of inhibiting ufactors, as wll as efforts to overcome these inhibiting factors Edwards III’s Implementation Theory is the Theory used in this research based on four variables, namlely (1) Communication, (2) Resources, (3) Disposition, and (4) Bureaucratic Structure. Method: which is used in analyzing the data is by using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with an inductove appoarch. Data collection uses three research tool, namely, intervew,observation, and analysis. Result: The analysis result in (1) lach of public awarness that causes the health protocol implementation to be tess than optimal, (2) lack of personnel in the field, (3) inadequate facilities to support the activities of the health protocol implementation and, (4) no incentivies for the employees on duty during the health protocol implementation . Consclusion: based on this analysis, there is a need to socialize and educate the community, to submit a procurement budget, to carry out a judical operation with a joint team and to hold partnership with related agencies so that the shortage of facilities and personnel can be solved and the tasks can be best implemented.
