Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statment/Background (GAP): In this study, researchers focused on problems related to the low and lack of public awareness in making Child Identity Cards (KIA) on the PACEDUKCAPIL application in Jayapura City. Purpose: To describe the implementation of the Child Identity Card service policy on the PACEDUKCAPIL Application in Jayapura City. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative research. This study uses the main theory of implementation of George C Edward III. Results: This study shows that the implementation of the policy on child ID card services in the PACEDUKCAPIL application at the Jayapura City Population and Civil Registration Service has not been going well. Conclusion: based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the service for making Child Identity Cards (KIA) in Jayapura City on the PACEDUKCAPIL application has not gone well, due to a lack of understanding of technology by some people, internet network connections are still very bad, limited printing machine facilities and limitations. number of staff.
