Abstract
The plantation crops that are the prima donna in Tulang Bawang Regency are rubber plants. So far, rubber plants have only been used for latex, while the seeds have not been used because they have no economic value, even though rubber seeds can be used by reprocessing them into regional innovation products in the form of rubber seed chips. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the process of Empowering Rubber Seed Chip Entrepreneurs in Moris Jaya Village During the Covid-19 Pandemic by the Community Empowerment Service and Village of Tulang Bawang Regency, Lampung Province. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method and an inductive approach using the theory of empowerment stages from Isbandi Rukminto Adi, where there are seven stages in empowerment, namely the preparation stage, assessment stage, alternative planning stage, action plan formulation stage, empowerment implementation stage, evaluation stage and The last stage is the termination stage. The findings obtained by the researcher are that the Empowerment of Rubber Seed Chip Entrepreneurs in the village of Moris Jaya has been good because of the seven stages of empowerment that have been carried out, but there is still one stage, namely at the action plan formulation stage there are obstacles that should be in the form of a proposal made by the community but in reality activity proposals are made by the government due to the limited ability of human resources to draft proposals. The Empowerment of Rubber Seed Chip Entrepreneurs in Moris Jaya Village is quite good but it can still be optimized again, because there are still some obstacles such as limited ability, knowledge and capital which are the supporters in this business.
