Abstract

Quality billboard license services are one of the driving factors for the success of a company or individual in increasing their business. However, the billboard permit service through SiCANTIK at DPMPTSP Central Lampung district is still characterized by various problems, so the authors are interested in studying more deeply about the effectiveness of the Advertising Permit Service through SiCANTIK at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office, Central Lampung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the billboard permit service through SiCANTIK, to analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors in the advertisement permit service through SiCANTIK, and to find out efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the Advertising Permit Service through SiCANTIK. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation and triangulation. This study uses data analysis techniques of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, the billboard permit service through SiCANTIK cannot be said to be effective because there are still obstacles. The obstacles are the lack of socialization from DPMPTSP, uneven Internet, limited human resources and convoluted stages. Efforts have been made to socialize the villages, collaborate with BPPRD, increase the number of employees and create service innovations at the sub-district level. Suggestions from the author are to improve facilities and infrastructure in the form of file cabinets, add 4 employees in the form of 2 offline service officers and 2 tax payment officers from BPPRD, and the last one is to maximize the SIPANDU ball pick-up service.
