Abstract
Implementation of basic training for PNS before becoming ASN is a form of competency development for human resources who will join the scope of government, but there are still many ASN who are not aware of the importance of implementing basic training as a start. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method and inductive approach. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation, and documentation while technical data analysis is obtained through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research from the implementation of basic training at BKPSDM Fakfak Regency can be used as a reference for planning and implementation at the following time. The obstacles found by researchers during the implementation of the research were limited facilities, infrastructure, lack of widyaiswara, and inadequate networks in the implementation of basic training with the blended learning method ". As a form of efforts made by BKPSDM to deal with these problems, adding facilities and infrastructure, procuring widyaiswara functional staff, and adding an internet network to support activities.
