Abstract

Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The focus of the problem raised by the author in this study is the effectiveness of providing additional employee income on the performance of civil servants at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Tanah Laut Regency, which previously was found to be less than optimal in employee performance accountability. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of providing additional employee income on the performance of civil servants in the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development of Tanah Laut Regency. Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach, data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. Result: The results obtained by the author in this study, namely the effectiveness assessed from several indicators still do not show good results. The ineffectiveness of giving TPP is based on the finding of deficiencies in the form of still undisciplined employees when they come to the office and services that have not been maximized.. Conclusion: Provision of Additional Employee Income (TPP) in improving the performance of Civil Servants in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Tanah Laut Regency has not been categorized as effective. The inhibiting factors are the lack of employee awareness of their duties, the absence of standard work that has been completed and the TPP server that is still experiencing problems when used.
