Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how the Application of Position Analysis of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretary of Sintang Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the obstacles in the application of the analysis of the position of the state civil apparatus at the Sintang District Secretariat and the solutions implemented to overcome the existing obstacles. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of this study are the application of the Analysis of the Position of the State Civil Apparatus carried out by the Regional Secretariat of Sintang Regency which has been implemented well although in its application there are still obstacles in its application, namely constraints in inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the incompatibility of the existing incentive values with the workload. given to cause dissatisfaction. The suggestions proposed in this study; First, to improve existing facilities, then to consider issuing policies or regulations related to intensive additions to further motivate ASN, and lastly, to create an application system related to the preparation of job analysis plans so that the activities of compiling job analysis can run even in a pandemic.
