Abstract

This research is motivated by a paradigm shift in employee data management which was previously done manually but is currently done online using a system called My Like Bone. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the effectiveness of My like Bone personnel information services in the Bone Regency Government at the Bone Regency BKPSDM. The type of research used is qualitative research using descriptive methods through an inductive approach. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is data reduction technique, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of My Like Bone's personnel information service has been implemented well. However, in its implementation there are still some obstacles, namely, there are still BKPSDM employees of Bone Regency who have not been able to operate the My Like Bone application, facilities and infrastructure that have not been evenly distributed, and employees of the Bone Regency Government have not been able to operate the My Like Bone application. The efforts made by the Bone Regency BKPSDM were by providing technical guidance to Bone Regency BKPSDM employees regarding the operation of the My Like Bone application, improving facilities and infrastructure and providing socialization to all employees within the Bone Regency Government regarding the use of the My Like Bone application.
