Abstract

Palangkaraya City is a city in Central Kalimantan Province that has various problems in the office/department. In connection with this, the researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "Employee Discipline in the application of personnel applications at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province." Palangka Raya City. Field data processing combined with the theory of Hasibuan, Wayne Mondy and Robert M. Noe and Singodimedjo for the theory of employee discipline and combined with the theory of Henry Simamora for the theory of Personnel Applications. Qualitative research methods using exploratory methods through an inductive approach. Data were collected by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there are still many shortcomings, especially in terms of understanding the application as well as in the use of office facilities and infrastructure. For the presence of the employees it is good but in the use of facilities and infrastructure there are still many who do not understand optimally.
