Abstract

Abstract: The synergy of the TNI and local governments in flood management in Bandung Regency has been going on for a long time, the Military Campaign approach is a series of several joint operations carried out to achieve strategic and operational objectives in a specified space and time, the military campaign consists of military operations for war (OMP) and Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP). The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the synergy between the TNI and local governments in flood management in Bandung Regency through a military campaign strategy because it involves TNI units that have different dimensions and functions. The strategy carried out by the TNI (in this case carried out by the Bandung Kodim in flood disaster management operations, including jointly with the Bandung Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) mobilized all TNI forces around the Greater Bandung area including the Combat Engineer Battalion. -3 Dayeuh Kolot, TNI-AU Kopaskhas at Sulaeman Air Base, Lanal Bandung and other regional officials to synergize and assist in carrying out flood disaster relief operations. However, it is suggested that the use of combat power with other institutions / organizations that have different lines and work procedures from the military hierarchy so that it is more coordinated and communicated, especially together with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) which needs understanding related to optimizing it in flood management operations.
