Abstract
Creating a good population Information Administration system in acountry, we need one important asset especially for developed Country therefore, each province in Indonesia has responsibility to do census for their Citizens. Bogor regency is the most regency in West Java which has a lot of population. In this way there are some limitation for government to manage population administration. Some cases likes the limited network, wide area, and transportation causing problems. Accordingly, Bogor Regency Government made 7 Technical Implementation Unit of Population and Civil Registration Agency to bring it up Government services with society. But after Technical Implementation Unit grew, people still come to village office to get service. That’s the reason writer interesting to do a reaerch. In this final report, the writer take a title “FAMILY CARD AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE SERVICES AT 7 TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION UNIT OF DEPARTEMENT OF POPULATION AND CIVIL REGISTRATION” The aim of this final report is to know the services mechanism, socialitation, and resistant in family card and brith certificated service at Technical Implementation Unit. In this research, Writer use a qualitative descriptive method with inductive approach collecting some data with primer and secondary data. Which is resources from interview, observation, and documentation. Data Analysis technical which use are data reduction, data peresentation decision making using triangulation technique. In the end, we will know that 7 Technical Implementation Unit of Population and civil Registration Agency is helpful for people and stelling some problems. But, the services in Technical Implementation Unit can’t do with maximum effort because problems to access SIAK in Technical Implementation Unit.
