Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem / Background (GAP): The implementation of job analysis in the BKPSDM of Central Papua Province is not optimal. There is a mismatch between employee competency and the position held. Objective: To evaluate the implementation of job analysis in the placement of civil servants in the BKPSDM of Central Papua. Method: Descriptive qualitative research with interviews, observations, documentation, and focused discussions. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results/Findings: Job analysis has been implemented, but is constrained by the number of human resources, leadership assertiveness, and employee competence. Conclusion: The implementation of job analysis has not been effective. Leadership assertiveness, recruitment based on job needs, and increasing employee competence are needed. Keywords: Public Information, SanguPalu, Digital Services, TAM, Digital Literacy ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Pelaksanaan analisis jabatan di BKPSDM Provinsi Papua Tengah belum optimal. Terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara kompetensi pegawai dengan jabatan yang diemban. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi pelaksanaan analisis jabatan dalam penempatan PNS di BKPSDM Papua Tengah. Metode: Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan diskusi terfokus. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Analisis jabatan telah diterapkan, namun terkendala jumlah SDM, ketegasan pimpinan, dan kompetensi pegawai. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan analisis jabatan belum efektif. Perlu ketegasan pimpinan, rekrutmen berbasis kebutuhan jabatan, dan peningkatan kompetensi pegawai.. Kata kunci: Analisis Jabatan, Penempatan, PNS, BKPSDM, Papua Tengah
