Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP) : In Aceh Province, the implementation of Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) continues to grow, along with the increasing use of the internet due to the development of digital infrastructure by the government. One form of SPBE implementation in Simeulue Regency is the provision of the official website Simeuluekab.go.id as a public information media. The quality of the website is important so that information can be delivered effectively and easily understood by the public. However, the quality of this website has never been studied specifically. Purpose : This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of the Simeuluekab.go.id website and provide suggestions for improvement to managers so that its quality increases. Methode : This study uses a Mix Method Research approach by referring to three dimensions of website quality according to Rocha (2012): content quality, service quality, and technical quality. Data collection techniques are carried out through triangulation, including distributing questionnaires using the accidental sampling method. Data are analyzed through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Result : The results of the study indicate that the quality of the Simeuluekab.go.id website is generally quite good. However, there are several obstacles such as low interest in public literacy, less than optimal services, and blank or error-prone website pages. Conclusion : The quality of the Simeuluekab.go.id website has met the standards in terms of content, service, and technical aspects, although there are still shortcomings. Improving the quality of the website contributes to increasing the accountability and credibility of the performance of the Simeulue Regency Government in carrying out its duties and policies. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP) : Di Provinsi Aceh, penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) terus berkembang, seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan internet akibat pengembangan infrastruktur digital oleh pemerintah. Salah satu bentuk implementasi SPBE di Kabupaten Simeulue adalah penyediaan website resmi Simeuluekab.go.id sebagai media informasi publik. Kualitas website menjadi penting agar informasi dapat disampaikan secara efektif dan mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat. Namun, kualitas website ini belum pernah diteliti secara khusus. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas website Simeuluekab.go.id serta memberikan saran perbaikan kepada pengelola agar kualitasnya meningkat. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method Research dengan mengacu pada tiga dimensi kualitas website menurut Rocha (2012): kualitas konten, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas teknis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi, termasuk penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode accidental sampling. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website Simeuluekab.go.id secara umum cukup baik. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti rendahnya minat literasi masyarakat, layanan yang belum maksimal, serta halaman website yang kosong atau mengalami error. Kesimpulan : Kualitas website Simeuluekab.go.id sudah memenuhi standar pada aspek konten, layanan, dan teknis, meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan. Peningkatan kualitas website berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan akuntabilitas dan kredibilitas kinerja Pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue dalam menjalankan tugas dan kebijakannya.
