Abstract
Background: The author took the title above is the increase in non-communicable diseases in the community in Lebursitu District, Sukabumi City, so that the role and participation of the community are needed in preventing non-communicable diseases. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) program in the prevention program for Non-Communicable Diseases in Lembursitu District, West Java. Method: This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method and inductive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation involving 5 (five) sources, namely the government, health workers, and the community.. Results: In optimizing this Healthy Community movement program, it is still not effective and has not run optimally due to several obstacles, so optimization is needed in carrying out the Healthy Community movement program. Conclusion: It is known that the program for optimizing community empowerment in early detection in several aspects can be said to be effective. However, in its implementation there are still several obstacles, including the lack of public concern and awareness of the importance of the healthy community movement in preventing non-communicable diseases, the difficulty of adjusting the implementation time of the healthy community movement program with the community's free time to participate in the healthy community movement program and budget limitations in implementing the healthy community movement program in preventing non-communicable diseases. Therefore, the government is currently trying to cover these obstacles by optimizing the Healthy Living Community movement program. Keywords: Programs Healthy Living Community Movement, Non-Communicable Diseases, Optimization Latar belakang : penulis mengambil judul diatas adalah peningkatan penyakit tidak menular di Masyarakat di Kecamatan Lebursitu Kota Sukabumi sehingga dibutuhkan peran dan partisipasi Masyarakat dalam mencegah penyakit tidak menular. Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi program Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (GERMAS) dalam program pencegahan Penyakit Tidak Menular di Kecamatan Lembursitu Jawa Barat. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 5 (lima) narasumber, yaitu pihak pemerintah, tenaga kesehatan, dan masyarakat. Hasil: Dalam mengoptimalisasi program gerakan Masyarakat sehat ini masih belum efektif dan belum berjalan secara optimal dikarenakan adanya beberapa hambatan maka diperlukan optimalisasi dalam melakukan program gerakan Masyarakat sehat. Kesimpulan : diketahui bahwa program optimalisasi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam deteksi dini pada beberapa aspek sudah bisa dikatakan efektif. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih ada beberapa hambatan antara lain Kurangnya kepedulian dan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya gerakan masyarakat sehat dalam pencegahan penyakit tidak menular, sulitnya penyesuaian waktu pelaksaan program gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat dengan waktu luang masyarakat untuk mengikuti program gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat dan keterbatasan anggaran dalam pelaksanaan program gerakan masyarakat sehat dalam pencegahan penyakit tidak menular. Maka dari itu pemerintah saat ini berusaha untuk menutupi hambatan tersebut dengan mengoptimalkan program gerakan Masyarakat hidup sehat.
