Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP):. The problem that arises in this study is the lack of socialization regarding the ECO KIM Website to the public. This causes some people to not know the existence or benefits of the website. This lack of information has an impact on the low level of utilization of the website that has been provided, so that the main objective of developing the application, namely providing information for controlling inflation, is not achieved optimally. One of the problems that arise is the lack of socialization of the ECO KIM Website to the community. This causes some people to not know the existence or benefits of the website. This lack of information has an impact on the low level of utilization of the website that has been provided, so that the main objectives of application development are not optimally achieved. The ECO KIM website as a public service medium is present as a solution in providing inflation control information in the city of Kendari related to the price of basic necessities in real-time and as a means of interaction between business actors and consumers. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the ECO KIM website in providing relevant and useful information for inflation control in Kendari City. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the location of the research was conducted at the Kendari City Communication and Information Office involving twelve informants with different backgrounds. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observations. The theory used in analyzing website quality refers to three dimensions according to Alvaro Rocha, namely content quality, service quality, and technical quality. Result: The results of the study show that the ECO KIM website is quite effective in providing actual and relevant price information, as well as playing a role in maintaining transparency and market price stability such as providing price information in accordance with market prices. However, several inhibiting factors were found, such as the limitation of data updates and the low digital literacy of some people. Efforts to improve website quality continue to be carried out by Diskominfo through collaboration with market stakeholders and improving service features. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is to optimize the quality of technical services and intensify the socialization of the use of websites to the public as a form of strengthening e-government in controlling regional inflation. Keywords: ECO KIM Website, Price Information, Inflation Control, Website Quality, E-Government ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai Website ECO KIM kepada masyarakat Kota Kendari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara . Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas website ECO KIM dalam memberikan informasi yang relevan dan bermanfaat untuk pengendalian inflasi di Kota Kendari. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, lokasi penelitian di lakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Kendari yang melibatkan dua belas informan dengan latar belakang yang berbeda . Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam menganalisis kualitas website mengacu pada tiga dimensi menurut Alvaro Rocha, yaitu kualitas isi (content quality), kualitas layanan (service quality), dan kualitas teknis (technical quality). Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website ECO KIM cukup efektif dalam menyediakan informasi harga yang aktual dan relevan, serta berperan dalam menjaga transparansi dan kestabilan harga pasar seperti memberikan informasi harga yang sesuai dengan harga pasar. Namun, ditemukan beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti keterbatasan pemutakhiran data dan rendahnya literasi digital sebagian masyarakat. Upaya peningkatan kualitas website terus dilakukan oleh Diskominfo melalui kolaborasi dengan stakeholder pasar dan peningkatan fitur layanan. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah optimalisasi kualitas layanan teknis dan intensifikasi sosialisasi penggunaan website kepada masyarakat sebagai bentuk penguatan e-government dalam pengendalian inflasi daerah.
