Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem of the high rate of tourist accidents at Srambang Waterfall, Ngawi Regency, East Java Province. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the risks of incindents tourism at Srambang Waterfall. Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach. The data collected by the author comes from primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The author also gathered secondary data, such as the Strategic Plan (Renstra), MediumTerm Regional Development Plan (RPJMD), and others. The collected data were then processed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Result: The research findings indicate that the risk management implemented at Srambang Waterfall is running well in accordance with the fulfillment of indicators such as: unsafe behavior, unsafe preparation actions, inadequate supervision, organizational influence, health, information and education, and operational standards. Conclusion: However, there are still challenges such as limited facilities, natural disaster risks, and accident risks. The recommendations proposed by the author include fulfilling the infrastructure that is still unavailable, such as facilities for disabled visitors and early warning systems. Additionally, it is suggested to renovate outdated facilities and increase personnel along with enhancing their capacity related to tourist safety. Keywords:, Risk Analysis, Safety, Srambang Waterfall Keywords : Administration, Staffing, Implementation, Government 2 ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan mengenai tingginya tingkat kecelakaan wisatawan di Air Terjun Srambang Kabupaten Ngawi Provinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan: tujuan skripsi ini yaitu untuk menganaisis risiko dari kecelakaan wisatawan pada Air Terjun Srambang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan induktif. Data yang diperoleh penulis berasal dari data primer melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penulis juga mengambil data sekunder ,seperti: Renstra, RPJMD, dan lain lain. Data yang telah terkumpul selajutnya penulis olah menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh penulis berupa manajemen risiko yang diterapkan pada Air Terjun Srambang sudah berjalan baik sesuai dengan pemenuhan indikator, seperti : perilaku tidak aman, tindakan persiapan yang tidak aman, pengawasan yang kurang aman, pengaruh organisasi, Kesehatan,informasi dan edukasi, dan standar operasional. Kesimpulan: Akan tetapi masih terdapat hambatan seperti fasilitas yang terbatas, risiko bencana alam dan risiko kecelakaan. Saran yang mampu direkomendasikan penulis adalah pemenuhan sarana prasarana yang belum tersedia seperti fasilitas untuk disabilitas dan alat peringatan dini. Kemudian peremajaan fasilitas yang sudah using serta penambahan personel disertai peningkatan kapasitas terkait keselamatan wisatawan. Kata kunci: Analisis Risiko, Keselamatan, Air Terjun Srambang
