Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem statement/background (GAP): Integration between the preservation of local wisdom and the tourism sector has the potential to support sustainable economic growth through the development of competitive tourist destinations. Bugbug Traditional Village has tourism potential rich in local culture and traditions. Still, its development needs to pay attention to sustainability aspects to provide long-term benefits for the community and the environment. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of local wisdom and the quality of tourism services on sustainable tourism villages through tourist attraction as an intervening variable in the Bugbug Traditional Village, Karangasem Regency. Method: The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. The sample in this study is tourists who visit the Bugbug Traditional Village environment as many as 100 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling. Data was collected with a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by the PLS – SEM method through SmartPLS 4 software. Results: Local wisdom has a positive and significant effect on tourist attractions. The quality of tourism services has a positive and significant effect on tourist attractions, local wisdom has a positive but not significant effect on sustainable tourism villages. The quality of tourism services has a positive and significant effect on sustainable tourism villages. The attraction of tourism fully mediates the influence of local wisdom on sustainable tourism villages. Tourism attraction mediates the effect of the quality of tourism services on sustainable tourism villages. Conclusion: There is one hypothesis rejected, namely that the existing local wisdom has not had a significant effect on the implementation of sustainable tourism villages in the Bugbug Traditional Village. Therefore, collaboration between existing local wisdom and optimizing the quality of tourism services and tourist attractions is needed to support the realization of the concept of sustainable tourism village in the Bugbug Traditional Village, Karangasem Regency. Keywords: local wisdom, quality of tourism services, tourist attractions, rural tourism, sustainable tourism village ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Integrasi antara pelestarian kearifan lokal dan sektor pariwisata berpotensi mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan destinasi wisata yang kompetitif. Desa Adat Bugbug memiliki potensi wisata yang kaya akan budaya dan tradisi lokal, namun pengembangannya perlu memperhatikan aspek keberlanjutan agar dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kearifan lokal dan kualitas pelayanan wisata terhadap sustainable tourism village melalui daya tarik wisata sebagai variabel intervening di Desa Adat Bugbug Kabupaten Karangasem. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung di lingkungan Desa Adat Bugbug sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan metode PLS – SEM melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil/Temuan: Kearifan lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata. Kualitas pelayanan wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata, kearifan lokal berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap sustainable tourism village. Kualitas pelayanan wisata bepengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap sustainable tourism village. Daya tarik wisata memediasi penuh (full mediation) pengaruh kearifan lokal terhadap sustainable tourism village. Daya tarik wisata memediasi parsial (complementary partial mediation) pengaruh kualitas pelayanan wisata terhadap sustainable tourism village. Kesimpulan: Terdapat satu hipotesis ditolak, yaitu kearifan lokal yang ada ternyata belum berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap implementasi sustainable tourism village di Desa Adat Bugbug. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi antara kearifan lokal yang ada dengan optimalisasi kualitas pelayanan wisata dan daya tarik wisata guna mendukung realisasi konsep sustainable tourism village di Desa Adat Bugbug Kabupaten Karangasem.
