Abstract

The application of the Great Bukittinggi System in its use by the Communications and Information Department in Bukittinggi City is the focus of the author's research. Research aims to find out and describe the focus of the problem. This research is feasible and needs to be done because firstly there are still bugs and errors in using the application. Second, outreach to the community is still not running effectively. Third, there has been no previous research on SBH applications, so it is hoped that this research can become a reference for evaluating the Bukittinggi City Diskominfo. Qualitative research using a descriptive inductive approach and interview, observation and documentation techniques were used in data collection. Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are used in data analysis techniques based on benchmarks for utilizing the Great Bukittinggi System application. Utilization of the Great Bukittinggi System application is good even though there are various problems in its operation. Good use of this system is proven by the operation and appearance of Bukittinggi Besar which is easy for users to understand. In overcoming this problem, Diskominfo must further update the application, funding for the development of the Great Bukittinggi System Application must be maximized, employee quality must be developed, and the commitment of regional heads must be strengthened to ensure optimal use of the Great Bukittinggi System application. Keywords: Utilization, Great Bukittinggi, Application, Aplikasi Sistem Bukittinggi Hebat ini dalam penggunaannya oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika di Kota Bukittinggi menjadi fokus penulis dalam penelitian. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan fokus permasalahan. Adapun diantaranya riset ini layak dan perlu dilakukan karena pertama masih adanya bug dan error dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Kedua, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat masih kurang berjalan dengan efektif. Ketiga, belom ada penelitian sebelumnya tentang aplikasin SBH, maka diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan evaluasi Diskominfo Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif pendekatan induktif dan teknik wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data digunakan dalam teknik analisis data berdasarkan tolak ukur pemanfaatan aplikasi Sistem Bukittinggi Hebat ini. Pemanfaatan aplikasi Sistem Bukittinggi Hebat ini sudah baik walaupun terdapat berbagai permasalahan dalam pengoperasiannya. Pemanfaatan yang baik pada sistem ini dibuktikan dengan pengoperasian dan tampilan pada Bukittinggi Hebat sudah mudah dimengerti oleh pengguna. Dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut Diskominfo harus lebih memutakhirkan aplikasi, pembiayaan dalam pengembangan Aplikasi Sistem Bukittinggi Hebat ini harus dimaksimalkan, kualitas pegawai harus dikembangkan, dan Komitmen kepala daerah harus lebih dikuatkan agar optimalnya pemanfaatan aplikasi Sistem Bukittinggi Hebat.
