Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Banjarnegara is a focus area for poverty reduction in Central Java, social assistance programs both from the central and regional governments must be accompanied by the management and distribution of social assistance quickly and on target. Purpose: This study examines the effectiveness of the Social Welfare Information System-Next Generation (SIKS-NG) in managing Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) at the Social Service Office of PPPA Banjarnegara Regency. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with DTKS management officers and the community, researcher observation at the Social Service of PPPA Banjarnegara Regency, and document analysis related to DTKS management through the SIKS-NG application. Result: The results show that the use of SIKS-NG has improved efficiency and transparency in the management of DTKS and the distribution of social assistance in Banjarnegara District. Conclusion: However, there are still challenges related to employee capacity and community participation in utilizing the application. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of information technology in improving the effectiveness of social welfare programs at the regional level. Keywords: effectiveness, DTKS, SIKS-NG, Social Service PPPA Banjarnegara, poverty, social assistance distribution ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP Banjarnegara menjadi daerah fokus penanggulangan kemiskinan di Jawa Tengah, program bantuan sosial baik dari pusat maupun daerah harus dibarengi dengan pengelolaan dan penyaluran bantuan sosial secara cepat dan tepat sasaran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini meninjau efektivitas Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial- Next Generation (SIKS-NG) dalam pengelolaan Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) di Dinas Sosial PPPA Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan petugas pengelola DTKS dan masyarakat, observasi peneliti di Dinas Sosial PPPA Kabupaten Banjarnegara, dan analisis dokumen terkait pengelolaan DTKS melalui apliakasi SIKS-NG. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SIKS-NG telah meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan DTKS dan penyaluran bantuan sosial di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Kesimpulan: Namun, masih terdapat tantangan terkait kapasitas kemampuan pegawai, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi tersebut. penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman terhadap peran teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan efektifitas program kesejahteraan sosial di tingkat daerah. 2 Kata kunci: efektivitas, DTKS, SIKS-NG, Dinas Sosial PPPA Banjarnegara, kemiskinan, penyaluran bantuan sosial
