Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Backgorund(GAP): The background to the implementation of this research was the existence of development programs in all corners of the country. In carrying out this program, one of the functions of the regional government is to be responsible for this development, including empowering the Rapindo Robusta Coffee Home Industry. Next, the researcher is interested in researching how empowerment is carried out by the Regional Government of Kepahiang Regency, in this case the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, to the Rapindo Robusta Coffee Home Industry. Objective : This research is intended to collect data and then analyze it to obtain results that can provide an overview of the empowerment of the Rapindo Robustaa Coffee Home Industry by the Kepahiang Regency Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Service, explaining what factors are obstacles and the efforts made to overcome them. the inhibiting factor. Method: The author used a descriptive qualitative research method in deductive approach, the data collection that the author used was primary and secondary data, which originates from interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique that the author uses was data reduction, data presentation and decision making used triangulation techniques. Results/Findings: It can be concluded that the empowerment of the Rapindo Robusta Coffee Home Industry through direct guidance by the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises has been implemented. Conclusion: However, there are still obstacles in implementing the program. Therefore, researchers provide suggestions for maximizing the community empowerment process by providing facilities and infrastructure, and to continue to be consistent in its implementation. Keywords: Kepahiang District, Empowerment, Home Industry, Robusta Coffee, Regional Government ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP): Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya program pembangunan di seluruh pelosok negeri. Dalam menjalankan program tersebut salah satu fungsi pemerintah daerah adalah bertanggung jawab dalam pembangunan tersebut, termasuk pemberdayaan terhadap Home Industry Kopi Robusta Rapindo. Selanjutnya peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti mengenai bagaimana pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kepahiang dalam hal ini Dinas Koperasi dan UKM kepada Home Industry Kopi Robusta Rapindo. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan data dan kemudian dianalisis untuk memperoleh hasil yang dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pemberdayaan Home Industry Kopi Robustaa Rapindo oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Kepahiang, menguraikan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan deduktif, pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah data primer, yang bersumber kepada wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil/Temuan: Pemberdayaan Home Industry Kopi Robusta Rapindo melalui pembinaan langsung oleh Dinas Koperasi dan UKM telah terlaksana. Kesimpulan: Masih ada hambatan-ambatan dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut. Oleh karena itu, peneliti bermberikan saran untuk memaksimalkan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana, serta untuk terus konsisten dalam pelaksanaannya.
