Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Stunting is a growth and development disorder experienced by children due to poor nutrition, recurrent infections and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. The Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) program has been promoted by the Aceh Provincial Government through Aceh Governor Regulation Number 14 of 2019 concerning integrated stunting prevention and management in Aceh. Purpose: effectiveness of the Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) Program in preventing and reducing stunting in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, Aceh Province, identifying inhibiting factors, and efforts made to overcome these inhibiting factors. Method: This research employs a qualitative approach with an inductive method. The data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Result: , The results of the research show that the Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) Program has been very effective in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, but there are several obstacles, namely the lack of human resources in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City as extension staff for the RGG program and the lack of program budget for make the routine activities of the RGG program that have been carried out a success. Conclusion: The Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) program has been effective in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, but is still not optimal, so it is hoped that this research can be useful for the Langsa Baro District Service, Langsa City. Keywords: Effectiveness, Gampong Nutrition Center (RGG), Stunting Prevention, Program ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Stunting merupakan gangguan tumbuh kembang yang dialami anak akibat gizi buruk, infeksi berulang, dan stimulasi psikososial yang tidak memadai. Program Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) telah digalakkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh melalui Peraturan Gubernur Aceh Nomor 14 Tahun 2019 tentang pencegahan dan penanganan stunting terintegrasi di Aceh. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah efektivitas Program Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) dalam pencegahan dan penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh, mengetahui faktor penghambat, serta upaya dilakukan untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, kemudian dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) sudah sangat efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat prevalensi stunting di Kecamatan Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa namun terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu kurangnya SDM di Kecamatan Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa sebagai tenaga penyuluh program RGG dan minimnya anggaran program untuk menyukseskan kegiatan–kegiatan rutin program RGG yang telah dilakukan. Kesimpulan: Program Rumoh Gizi Gampong (RGG) sudah efektif menurunkan angka prevalensi stunting di Kecamatan Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa namun masih belum optimal sehingga diharapkan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi Dinas Kecamatan Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa.
