Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/ Background (GAP): The researcher focuses on the problem of forest and land fire management that is prone to occur in Magelang District, especially during the dry season. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the collaboration of BPBD in forest and land fire management in Magelang district. Methods: This study used descriptive qualitative method and analysis according to collaboration theory from Ansell and Gash (2007). Data were collected through observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews. Results/Findings: The findings obtained by the researchers in this study are that collaboration in forest and land fire management has been well established in the form of coordination meetings to anticipate dry season disasters and forest and land fire alert apples. However, in the implementation of collaboration there are obstacles including limited funds, locations that are far and difficult to reach and lack of public awareness and knowledge in terms of forest and land fires. So efforts are made in the form of socialization to the community, cooperation between BPBD and the business world regarding limited funds, and efforts to carry out forest and land fire preparedness apples regularly. Conclusion: Collaboration is classified as running well, implementation is classified as good, although it is still constrained by limited facilities and infrastructure, funds, and low community knowledge. Keyword: Collaboration, Mitigation, Forest and Land Fires ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP): Fokus peneliti ada pada permasalahan penanggulangan kebakaran hutan dan lahan yang rawan terjadi di Kabupaten Magelang, terutama pada musim kemarau. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kolaborasi BPBD dalam penanggulangan kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Magelang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis menurut teori kolaborasi dari Ansell dan Gash (2007). Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu kolaborasi penanggulangan kebakaran hutan dan lahan telah terjalin baik dalam bentuk rapat koordinasi antisipasi bencana musim kemarau dan apel siaga kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi terdapat kendala diantaranya keterbatasan dana, lokasi yang jauh dan sulit dijangkau serta kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat yang kurang dalam hal kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Maka dilakukan upaya berupa sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, kerja sama BPBD dengan pihak dunia usaha terkait keterbatasan dana, dan berupaya untuk melakukan apel siaga kebakaran hutan dan lahan secara rutin. Kesimpulan: Kolaborasi tergolong berjalan dengan baik, pada pelaksanaan tergolong baik, meskipun masih terkendala dengan keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, dana, serta pengetahuan masyarakat yang rendah.
