Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): In the demographic bonus, the Government is required to maximize the potential of the productive-age population by ensuring the availability of job opportunities for them. Purpose: The aim of this research is to understand and analyze the implementation of the Self-Employment Program (TKM) at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of Pinrang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Method:The research method used in this study is qualitative with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis technique employed by the researcher utilizes Merielle S. Grindle's Implementation Theory. Results: The finding are implementation of the TKM program has been carried out well, but has not yet reached its target and faces several obstacles such as lack of socialization, budget limitations, and human resource constraints. The researcher suggests conducting continuous evaluation, widespread and intensive outreach, and program adjustments. Keywords: Implementation, Labor, TKM ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Dalam bonus demografi Pemerintah dituntut untuk memaksimalkan potensi penduduk usia produktif dengan memastikan ketersediaan lapangan pekerjaan untuk mereka. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi Program Tenaga Kerja Mandiri (TKM) Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Pinrang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tekhnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan teori Implementasi Merielle S. Grindle. Hasil/Temuan: implementasi program TKM telah dilaksanakan dengan baik namun masih belum mencapai target dan ada beberapa hambatan seperti kurangnya sosialisasi, keterbatasan anggaran, dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Saran Peneliti perlu diadakan evaluasi berkelanjutan, penyuluhan yang luas dan intensif, dan penyesuaian program. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Tenaga Kerja, TKM
