Abstract
ABSTARCT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The implementation of e-government has become the main focus in increasing the efficiency and accessibility of public services in Keramat Village by utilizing the Go Digital Village Website (Gides). In its implementation, there are still obstacles originating from several aspects, namely from the village government and community participation. Purpose: The aim of this research is to observe and analyze the implementation of e-Government public services through the use of the Go Digital Village Website (GIDES) in Keramat Village, North Tapin District, Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Method: The research method is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques are through library studies and field studies in the form of observation studies, interviews and documentation. The research results were analyzed using data collection techniques, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results: The research results show that the application of e-government in the use of the Village Go Digital Website has made a positive contribution in increasing the accessibility of information and public services for the people of Keramat Village. However, in its implementation there are still several obstacles related to the competence of apparatus resources, discipline of the apparatus, community participation and the level of education of the Keramat Village community. To overcome these obstacles, the village government continues to improve information technology infrastructure and the intensity of outreach and training. Conclusion: With the implementation of e- government in the use of the Keramat Village website, the quality of public services has improved significantly. Public service delivery is of good quality and runs effectively, efficiently, transparently and accountably. However, even so, the village government must continue to strive to minimize the effects of the obstacles that occur with the efforts made. Keywords: Implementation of e-government, use of village websites, public services ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP) : Penerapan e-government telah menjadi fokus utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas layanan public di Desa Keramat dengan pemanfaatan Website Go Digital Desa (Gides). Dalam penerapannya masih memiliki hambatan-hambatan yang berasal dari beberapa aspek yaitu dari pihak pemerintahan desa dan partisipasi masyarakat. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisa penerapan e- Government pelayanan publik melalui pemanfaatan Website Go Digital Desa (GIDES) di Desa Keramat, Kecamatan Tapin Utara, Kabupaten Tapin, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode : Metode penelitiannya adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkat Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi Pustaka dan studi lapangan berupa studi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya dianalisis dengan Teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e- government dalam pemanfaatan Website Go Digital Desa telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan layanan publik bagi masyarakat Desa Keramat. Namun dalam penerapannya masih terdapat beberapa hambatan terkait dengan kompetensi sumber daya aparatur, kedisiplinan aparatur, partisipasi masyarakat dan tingkat Pendidikan masyarakat Desa Keramat. Adapun untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut pemerintah desa terus meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan intensitas sosialisasi serta pelatihan. Kesimpulan : Dengan adanya penerapan e-government dalam pemanfaatan website Desa Keramat membuat kualitas pelayanan publik meningkat dengan baik. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik memiliki kualitas yang baik serta cukup berjalan dengan efektif, efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel. Namun meskipun begitu pemerintah desa harusterus berusaha untuk memperkecil efek dari hambatan yang terjadi dengan upaya yang dilakukan.
