Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Digitalization of State Civil Apparatus Management requires a civil servant to be able to use technology to facilitate the implementation and service of State Civil Apparatus Management. Purpose: To analyze the influence of mastery of information technology on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Human Resources Personnel and Development Agency (BKPSDM) Tomohon City. Method: This study used quantitative descriptive method. The theory used for mastery of technology from Sutarman's theory and performance theory from Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires (34 respondents), with analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 27. Result: The results showed that mastery of information technology had a significant influence on employee performance at BKPSDM Tomohon City, with a contribution of 36.9%. This shows that the level of mastery of information technology affects the improvement of employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. These findings provide important implications that developing information technology capabilities among employees can help organizations achieve their goals more effectively and efficiently. Conclusion: that mastery of information technology has a significant impact on employee performance at BKPSDM Tomohon City. Therefore, it is important for organizations to pay attention to the development of information technology skills for their employees in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out daily tasks. Latar Belakang (GAP): Digitalisasi Manajamen Aparatur Sipil Negara menuntut seorang ASN harus mampu menggunakan teknologi untuk memudahkan penyelenggaraan dan pelayanan Manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Tomohon. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teori yang digunakan untuk penguasaan teknologi dari teori Sutarman dan kinerja teori dari Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukakn dengan menggunakan kusioner (34 responden), dengan analisis menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 27. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di BKPSDM Kota Tomohon, dengan kontribusi sebesar 36,9%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penguasaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bahwa pengembangan kemampuan teknologi informasi di kalangan pegawai dapat membantu organisasi mencapai tujuan-tujuan mereka dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kesimpulan: Bahwa penguasaan teknologi informasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di BKPSDM Kota Tomohon. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi organisasi untuk memperhatikan pengembangan kemampuan teknologi informasi bagi pegawainya guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari.
