Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the deficiency of publicly accessible information for the populace in the transition from the 4.0 to the 5.0 era, which demands transparency in public information. Purpose: The objective of this research is to ascertain the appropriate public relations strategies for managing public information. Method: This study employs qualitative methods and analyzes communication strategies based on the concept of Anwar Arifin's Theory. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews (with 6 informants), and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the author in this study indicate that the public relations strategies implemented are reasonably effective. However, there are several challenges in their execution, leading to incomplete realization of certain factors. Conclusion: The Public Relations strategies have been implemented to the best of their ability. However, during the execution, the Department of Communication, Informatics, and Cryptography encountered several challenges, leading to certain aspects not functioning at their maximum capacity. Keywords: Strategy, Public Relations, Communication, Public Information ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada kurangnya informasi publik yang dapat dijangkau oleh Masyarakat dalam era 4.0 menuju 5.0 yang dituntut keterbukaan informasi publik. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kehumasan yang tepat dalam mengelola informasi publik. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis terhadap strategi komunikasi menurut konsep Teori Anwar Arifin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam (6 informan), dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu strategi kehumasan yang dilakukan sudah cukup baik. Namun ada beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yang menyebabkan dalam beberapa faktor masih belum terlaksana dengan maksimal. Kesimpulan: Strategi komunikasi sangat berperan penting dalam penerapan penyebaran dan pengelolaan informasi publik di era keterbukaan informaasi publik. Strategi Kehumasan sudah diupayakan dengan sebaik-baiknya dalam melaksanakan pelayanan informasi publik. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemui beberapa kendala oleh Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Persandian sehingga menyebabkan beberapa aspek belum berjalan dengan maksimal.
