Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem/background (GAP): discipline is an important element in realizing a government that is clean and has integrity in serving the community. In an effort to serve society well, strong determination is the main key. This determination helps ensure that the services provided to the community meet high quality standards and can be felt directly by the community. Porpuse: This research aims to determine, analyze and describe the level of work discipline of employees at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Food Security Service Method: This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Results/findings: The results of the analysis show that the discipline of Civil Servants at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Food Security Service has gone well, although there are several obstacles such as the distance to where the employees live, lack of understanding of the latest disciplinary rules, and some employees who lack discipline. Conclusion: Civil Servant discipline at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Food Security Service is running well through manual attendance and has now been upgraded again using the Simponi application. Keywords: Work Discipline, Civil Service, Rules ABSTRAK Permasalahan/latar belakang (GAP): kedisiplinan merupakan unsur penting dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan yang bersih dan memiliki integritas dalam melayani masyarakat. Dalam upaya melayani masyarakat dengan baik, tekad yang kuat menjadi kunci utama. Tekad ini membantu memastikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat memenuhi standar kualitas yang tinggi dan bisa dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis serta mendeskripsikan tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil/temuan: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa disiplin Pegawai negeri Sipil di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara telah berjalan dengan baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti jarak tempat tinggal pegawai, kurangnya pemahaman tentang aturan disiplin terbaru, dan beberapa pegawai yang kurang disiplin. Kesimpulan: disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sudah berjalan dengan baik melalui absensi manual dan juga sekarang sudah di upgrade lagi menggunakan aplikasi Simponi.
