Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem/Background (GAP): The number of children's identity card issuances in Tulungagung Regency is still low and has actually decreased, of course this is a problem that must be resolved. Objective: The aim of this thesis research is to find out how children's identity cards are issued through the Pandu Cakti Adminduk Clinic program. Method: This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation, observation and triangulation. Data analysis uses Theory from Creswell 2023. Results: The results of the research show that the issuance of child identity cards through the Pandu Cakti population administration clinic program has been running effectively. The community considers this program to be very helpful because services can be provided in their respective villages. When Pandu Cakti was implemented, there were obstacles such as a lack of public understanding, especially parents, about the importance and benefits of children's identity cards, and facilities and infrastructure that were still lacking and had to be equipped, so the department attempted to overcome these obstacles by increasing public awareness through direct outreach. as well as via social media such as Instagram and Facebook, procuring and equipping facilities and infrastructure that suit service needs, and maintaining the Pandu Cakti application. Conclusion: Issuance of child identity cards through the Pandu Cakti Administer Clinic program has been running effectively. Keywords: Children's Identity Card, Population and Civil Registration Service, Effectiveness ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Jumlah penerbitan kartu identitas anak di Kabupaten Tulungagung masih rendah dan malah mengalami penurunan, tentu hal tersebut menjadi permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian skripsi ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerbitan kartu identitas anak melalui program klinik adminduk pandu cakti. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan Teori dari Creswell 2023. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerbitan kartu identitas anak melalui program klinik adminduk Pandu Cakti telah berjalan dengan efektif. Program ini dinilai masyarakat sangat membantu karena pelayanan dapat dilakukan di desa masing-masing. Saat Pandu Cakti diterapkan diterapkan terdapat hambatan seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terutama orang tua tentang pentingnya dan manfaat kartu identitas anak, dan sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang dan harus dilengkapi sehingga, pihak dinas berupaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan secara langsung maupun lewat media sosial seperti Instagram dan Facebook, pengadaan dan melengkapi sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam pelayanan, dan melakukan pemeliharaan aplikasi Pandu Cakti. Kesimpulan: Penerbitan kartu identitas anak melalui program klinik adminduk Pandu Cakti telah berjalan dengan efektif.
