Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): The author highlights the problems that occurred during the implementation of the J-Bunga village digitization program, where there are still obstacles in optimizing the distribution of village financial assistance. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the J-Bunga Desa program, with a focus on the factors that support and hinder and the efforts made by the government. Method: This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to understand phenomena related to the research subject. The results are presented in the form of written descriptive data or oral statements from sources, and supported by data from observation and documentation. Results: The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of the J-Bunga Desa digitization program in Jember Regency has been running well. The interests, positions, and strategies of the implementers in designing the program have been implemented effectively. The benefits and objectives of program implementation also show positive results, although there are several obstacles faced, such as the inability of human resources, inadequate supporting facilities, and resistance to the program. Conclusion: The implementation of the J-Bunga village digitalization program in the distribution of village financial assistance has been running well due to good collaboration from the village government and local government and clear regulations and awareness of the use of digitalization. In order to improve the implementation of the program, it is recommended to hold technology training, provide optimal infrastructure and communication in overcoming resistance to the J-Bunga Desa program. Keywords: program implementation, digitalization, distribution of village financial assistance ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis menyoroti masalah-masalah yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan program digitalisasi J-Bunga desa, di mana masih terdapat kendala dalam mengoptimalkan penyaluran bantuan keuangan desa. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan program J-Bunga Desa, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena yang berkaitan dengan subjek penelitian. Hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk data deskriptif tertulis atau pernyataan lisan dari narasumber, serta didukung oleh data dari observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil /Temuan: Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program digitalisasi J-Bunga Desa di Kabupaten Jember telah berjalan dengan baik. Kepentingan, kedudukan, serta strategi pelaksana dalam merancang program telah dilaksanakan dengan efektif. Manfaat dan tujuan pelaksanaan program juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif, meskipun terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dihadapi, seperti ketidakmampuan sumber daya manusia, fasilitas pendukung yang kurang memadai, dan resistensi terhadap program. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan program digitalisasi J-Bunga desa dalam penyaluran bantuan keuangan desa sudah berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan adanya kolaborasi yang baik dari pemerintah desa dan pemerintah daerah dan regulasi yang jelas serta kesadaran akan pemanfaatan digitalisasi. Guna meningkatkan pelaksanaan program maka disarankan untuk mengadakan pelatihan teknologi, penyediaan infrastruktur yang optimal serta komunikasi dalam mengatasi resistensi terhadap program J-Bunga desa.
