Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Backgrund: The e-SIMPEL application (Online Service Information System) is a website-based application innovation used by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Grobogan Regency in managing population administration documents that can be accessed by the public online. Objective: This study aims to determine and describe the Application of the e-SIMPEL Application in Improving Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Grobogan Regency. Method: Researchers conducted research using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. This method was chosen because qualitative methods and descriptive approaches are research that describes, describes the formulation, implementation, results, and outcomes of a problem to be studied. Result: The results showed that the application of the e-SIMPEL application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Grobogan Regency through the dimensions of the theory used, namely support/support, capacity/ability, and value/value, was quite good but still not optimal. Conclusion: The Population and Civil Registration Office itself has made efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing the e-SIMPEL application. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang: Aplikasi e-SIMPEL (Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Online) merupakan inovasi aplikasi berbasis website yang digunakan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Grobogan dalam kepengurusan dokumen administrasi kependudukan yang dapat diakses masyarakat secara online. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Penerapan Aplikasi e- SIMPEL dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode:Peneliti melaksanakan penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang berpendekatan deskriptif. Metode ini dipilih dikarenakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif adalah penlitian yang bersifat menggambarkan, mendeskripsikan rumusan, pelaksanaan, hasil, dan outcome dari suatu permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Hasil/Temuan:Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi e-SIMPEL di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Grobogan melalui dimensi teori yang digunakan yaitu support/dukungan, capacity/kemampuan, dan value/nilai sudah cukup baik tapi masih belum maksimal. Kesimpulan: Dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil sendiri sudah melakukan upaya mengatasi hambatan dalam Penerapan aplikasi e-SIMPEL. Kata Kunci: Penerapan aplikasi, pelayanan administrasi, e-SIMPEL.
