Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem/Background (GAP): Prodamas is an initiative that emerged as a result of the evaluation of Musrenbang, which is the forum for Community Consultations on Development Planning. During the implementation process, this evaluation revealed the primary issues inhibiting the optimal performance of Musrenbang in considering various community interests. Purpose: This study aims to determine the application of Prodamas Plus to maximize the economy of the people in Kediri City. Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an inductive approach. In determining informants and respondents, the purposive sampling method was used. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Results/Findings: According to the research findings, the implementation of Prodamas Plus in Kediri City has made a substantial contribution to the community's economic development through various initiatives such as the construction of creative villages, cooperative training, and youth empowerment through the creative economy. This program empowers local communities to develop their own economic potentials, such as local crafts, food production, and other creative industries. Keywords: Program for Community Empowerment Plus, Community Economy ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Prodamas merupakan inisiatif yang muncul sebagai hasil dari evaluasi Musrenbang, yaitu forum Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya, evaluasi ini mengungkapkan permasalahan utama yang menghambat kinerja optimal Musrenbang dalam memperhitungkan berbagai kepentingan masyarakat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui penerapan Prodamas Plus untuk memaksimalkan perekonomian masyarakat di Kota Kediri. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Prodamas Plus di Kota Kediri telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat melalui berbagai inisiatif seperti pembentukan kampung kreatif, pelatihan koperasi, dan pemberdayaan pemuda melalui ekonomi kreatif. Melalui program ini, masyarakat lokal diberdayakan untuk 2 mengembangkan potensi ekonomi mereka sendiri, seperti kerajinan lokal, produksi makanan, dan industri kreatif lainnya. Kesimpulan: Penerapan Prodamas Plus di Kota Kediri telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat melalui berbagai inisiatif seperti pembentukan kampung kreatif, pelatihan koperasi, dan pemberdayaan pemuda melalui ekonomi kreatif. Melalui program ini, masyarakat lokal diberdayakan untuk mengembangkan potensi ekonomi mereka sendiri, seperti kerajinan lokal, produksi makanan, dan industri kreatif lainnya.
