Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP) The establishment of a good governance system is characterized by the trust given by the community, which is one of the important indicators of the realization of a trusted government concept. This can be built from the smallest level of government, namely the village government led by the village head. Purpose of this research is to determine the level of trust of the Klurak Village community towards the village head, as well as the effect of the performance of the village head and trusted government on public trust. Methode: This study quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The findings the level of public trust of the Klurak Village community towards the village head is 81.9% which is influenced by the performance of the village head and trustworthy governance with 18.1% influenced by other factors. Public trust is more influenced by the concept of a trusted government system than the performance of the village head. Conclusion: The performance of village heads and trusted governance simultaneously or jointly affects public trust. Public trust is influenced by both of them by 81.9% and another 18.1% is another variable that is not explained in this study. Social and political trust is owned by the people of Klurak Village as members of the social group to the village head and the village government system. Keywords: public trust, performance of the village head, trustworthy governance ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP): Terciptanya suatu sistem pemerintahan yang baik dengan ditandai adanya kepercayaan yang diberikan oleh masyarakat yang menjadi salah satu indikator penting terwujudnya konsep pemerintahan yang terpercaya. Hal tersebut dapat dibangun dari tinmgkat pemerintahan yang terkecil, yaitu pemerintahan desa yang dipimpin oleh kepala desa. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat Desa Klurak terhadap kepala desa, serta pengaruh dari kinerja kepala desa dan pemerintahan terpercaya terhadap kepercayaan publik. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperolehpenulis dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat Desa Klurak terhadap kepala desa sebesar 81,9% yang dipengaruhi oleh kinerja kepala desa dan pemerintah terpercaya dengan 18,1% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya. Kepercayaan masyarakat lebih dipengaruhi oleh konsep sistem pemerintahan terpercaya dibandingkan dengan kinerja kepala desa. Kesimpulan: Kinerja kepala desa dan pemerintahan terpercaya berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap kepercayaan publik. Kepercayaan publik dipengaruhi oleh keduanya sebesar 81,9% dan 18,1% lainnya merupakan variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kepercayaan sosial dan politik dimiliki oleh masyarakat Desa Klurak sebagai anggota kelompok sosial kepada kepala desa dan sistem pemerintahan desa.
