Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background: This research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation. Purpose: This research aims to understand, describe, and analyse the distribution of logistics aid to flood victims through the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Pasangkayu Regency, identify the hindering factors, and examine the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. Method: This research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation. Results/Findings: The research shows that the logistics aid distribution process is quite good. This is evident from the fact that the hindering factors are not too severe and can be gradually overcome. The suggestions provided by the researchers include maintaining the existing good practices and continuously improving and developing the knowledge and skills of the staff to support the logistics distribution process to achieve optimal work results. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the logistics management by the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Pasangkayu Regency has been carried out quite well. Keywords: Logistic Management, Flood Disaster, Logistics Aid Distribution ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP): Penelitian ini berfokus pada kegiatan penyaluran bantuan logistik pada korban banjir oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah di Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis penyaluran bantuan logistik pada korban bencana banjir melalui Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Pasangkayu, faktor penghambat dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penyaluran bantuan logistik sudah cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari faktor penghambat penyaluran dapat diatasi secara bertahap. Saran yang diberikan adalah tetap pertahankan apa yang sudah baik dan terus meningkatkan serta mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai dalam menunjang proses penyaluran logistik agar dapat memberikan hasil kerja yang maksimal. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen logistik Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Pasangkayu sudah terlaksana cukup baik.
