Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Backgroud (GAP) : Madiun City is ranked in the top 10 with the largest number of unemployed people in East Java. The Madiun City Government has done several things to overcome this problem, one of which is launching the Si Caker application (Job Seeker Information System). Purpose : The aim of this research is as a means of analysis in reducing the unemployment rate in the city of Madiun itself. Method : This research is qualitative research accompanied by a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation obtained from primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis uses role theory from Soekanto. Result : The results obtained from the role of the Disnaker KUKM through Si Caker were successful in helping 620 applicants be accepted for work out of a total of 1,542 job seekers, or around 40% of the number of job seekers. Conclusion : This research resulted in a conclusion that the Disnaker KUKM was proven to play a role in overcoming unemployment by fulfilling the 3 (three) dimensions of role theory proposed by Soekanto, namely, Role as norms and regulations, Role as organizational actions, and Role as institutional behavior. Keywords : the role of Disnaker KUKM, role, application, unemployment ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP) : Kota Madiun menempati peringkat 10 besar jumlah pengangguran terbesar se-Jawa Timur. Pemerintah Kota Madiun melakukan beberapa hal untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yang salah satunya adalah meluncurkan aplikasi Si Caker (Sistem Informasi Pencari Kerja). Tujuan : Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu sebagai sarana analisis peran Disnaker KUKM kota Madiun dalam menurunkan tingkat pengangguran yang ada di kota Madiun itu sendiri. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif disertai pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang didapat dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan teori dari Peran dari Soekanto. Hasil/Temuan : Hasil yang diperoleh dari peran Disnaker KUKM melalui Si Caker adalah berhasil membantu 620 pelamar diterima bekerja dari jumlah total 1.542 pencari kerja, atau sekitar 40% dari jumlah pencari kerja. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa Disnaker KUKM terbukti berperan dalam mengatasi pengangguran dengan terpenuhinya 3 (tiga) dimensi dari teori peran yang dikemukakan Soekanto yaitu, Peran sebagai norma dan peraturan, Peran sebagai perbuatan organisasi, serta Peran sebagai perilaku Lembaga.
