Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The reason this research is feasible and necessary is because first, based on the results of the literature review, there is no research that examines the management of the JendelaKU application. Second, the lack of infrastructure in the form of facilities and servers. Third, the lack of human resources from both managers and users. Fourth, budget management coincides with e-government management. And fifth, information dissemination because socialization is only carried out at the launch stage. Purpose: This research aims to find out how the management of the JendelaKU application in the Kulon Progo Regency Government. Method: This research method uses qualitative research methods. The reason this research uses qualitative research is because the data produced is descriptive data from the findings in the form of explanations of views and data derived from documents at the research location. Researchers used data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The data from this research comes from primary data and secondary data. Researchers used data analysis techniques with interactive analysis models and drawing conclusions. Result: : The results showed that the program for making the JendelaKU application had been implemented well in accordance with the strategy in action and the strategy support program. The JendelaKU application budget is still incorporated in e-government development so application development is limited. Procedures in this application have been implemented according to the details of the activity and members have used this application in providing public services. In this study, researchers provide suggestions for the program to be realized in accordance with advanced activities in public services. For the budget, budgeting should be done separately in order to improve the quality of the application. And, for procedures, continuous socialization should be carried out at all levels of society. Conclusions: Budget affects programs and procedures in making JendelaKU applications. Keywords: Management, JendelaKU Application, Kulon Progo ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Alasan penelitian ini layak dan perlu dilakukan adalah karena pertama, berdasarkan hasil tinjauan pustaka, belum ada penelitian yang meneliti tentang pengelolaan aplikasi JendelaKU. Kedua, kurangnya infrastruktur berupa fasilitas dan server. Ketiga, kurangnya sumber daya manusia baik dari pihak pengelola maupun pengguna. Keempat, pengelolaan anggaran yang bersamaan dengan pengelolaan e-government. Dan kelima, sosialisasi karena sosialisasi hanya dilakukan pada tahap peluncuran saja.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan aplikasi JendelaKU di Pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Alasan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif karena data yang dihasilkan merupakan data deskriptif dari hasil temuan berupa penjelasan pandangan dan data-data yang berasal dari dokumen-dokumen yang ada di lokasi penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dari penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan model analisis interaktif dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Anggaran aplikasi JendelaKU masih tergabung dalam pengembangan e- government sehingga pengembangan aplikasi menjadi terbatas.Prosedur dalam aplikasi ini telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rincian kegiatan dan anggota telah menggunakan aplikasi ini dalam memberikan pelayanan publik.Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan saran agar program dapat direalisasikan sesuai dengan kegiatan lanjutan dalam pelayanan publik.Untuk anggaran, sebaiknya penganggaran dilakukan secara terpisah agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi.Dan, untuk prosedur, sebaiknya dilakukan sosialisasi secara terus menerus pada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Anggaran mempengaruhi progam dan prosedur dalam pembuatan aplikasi JendelaKU. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Aplikasi JendelaKU, Kulon Progo
