Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): In implementing the principles of Good Governance, regional heads are required to carry out reports on regional government management or what is called a Regional Government Implementation Report. The Central Sulawesi Provincial Government, in this case the Governance Section together with the LPPD drafting team, formulates and compiles LPPD data. In the preparation process, there were problems faced by the drafting team, such as the lack of innovation that made it easier to collect the required data, lack of understanding and lack of discipline in timeliness in data collection. Objective: This research aims to find out and describe the effectiveness of the governance department in coordinating the preparation of reports. regional government administration (LPPD) in Central Sulawesi Province. Preparation of LPPD, what efforts have been made by the governance department to realize the effectiveness of the governance department in coordination. Preparation of regional government administration reports (LPPD) in Central Sulawesi Province. Method: The research uses a qualitative-descriptive research method with an inductive approach. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results/Findings: Coordination of the Governance section in the preparation of the LPPD, between the Governance Section and Regional Apparatus has been running effectively based on 4 (four) criteria, namely input, process, results and productivity. There are efforts to realize the effectiveness of the Governance Section in coordinating the preparation of Central Sulawesi Province Regional Government Implementation Reports (LPPD) by holding workshops and always coordinating with the relevant OPD. Conclusion: Coordination in the preparation of the LPPD by the Governance section has been effective. Keywords: Effectiveness, Coordination, Regional Government Implementation Report ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP): Dalam menjalankan prinsip Good Governance Kepala daerah diwajibkan melakukan pelaporan pengurusan pemerintahan daerah atau yang disebut dengan Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah. Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dalam hal ini Bagian Tata Pemerintahan bersama tim penyusun LPPD merumuskan dan menyusun data LPPD. Dalam proses penyusunan, terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi tim penyusun seperti belum adanya inovasi yang memudahkan pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan, kurangnya pemahaman dan belum disiplinnya ketepatan waktu dalam pengumpulan data.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana efektivitas bagian tata pemerintahan dalam koordinasi Penyusunan laporan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah (lppd) di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Penyusunan lppd, bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan bagian tata pemerintahan dalam mewujudkan efektivitas bagian tata pemerintahan dalam koordinasi Penyusunan laporan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah (LPPD) di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasu, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Koordinasi bagian Tata Pemerintahan dalam Penyusunan LPPD, antara Bagian Tata Pemerintahan dengan Perangkat Daerah telah berjalan dengan efektif berdasar pada 4(empat) kriteria yaitu input, proses, hasil, dan produktivitas. Adapun upaya untuk mewujudkan Efektivitas Bagian Tata Pemerintahan Dalam Koordinasi Penyusunan Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (LPPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Penyusunan LPPD dengan mengadakan workshop serta selalu berkoordinasi dengan OPD terkait. Kesimpulan: Koordinasi dalam penyusunan LPPD oleh bagian Tata Pemerintahan telah berjalan secara efektif. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Koordinasi, Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah
