Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem: in this era, the use of technology is not commonplace. In managing village finances, technology is also used in managing village finances. Thus, in every village in the city of Jayapura, village officials have also used technology in financial management to what extent are Siskeudes utilized in the city of Jayapura? Purpose: This research aims to find out how information about the use of Siskeudes is disseminated to village officials in the city of Jayapura. Method: This research uses descriptive qualitative aims to find out the Utilization of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) In Village Financial Management. Evaluation found on This research is to find out the village financial system. Result: Results of the Siskeudes dissemination research, which were discovered by researchers are: 1) innovation (Siskeudes) has been known by the public and has been utilized by existing village officials, 2) providing information to society has run well because it has been known by the majority existing community, 3) utilization (Siskeudes) makes it easier and accelerate village services to the community so that they are implemented (Siskeudes) can be said to be effective, and 4) community participation in The implementation (Siskeudes) has been going well so far service recipients and as supervisors of the course of apparatus activities village. Conclusion: the use of Siskeudes in the village of Jayapura city for village officials in managing village finances has been carried out properly based on applicable regulations. The submission of information on the use of Siskeudes which has been carried out through various parties has encouraged an increase in the quality of use of Siskeudes for village officials in the city of Jayapura. Keywords: Dissemination, Siskeudes ABSTRAK Permasalahan: di era sekarang pemanfaatan teknologi sudah tidaklah lazim. Dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa pun turut memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Dengan demikian apakah di setiap desa kota Jayapura aparat desa telah turut menggunakan teknologi dalam pengelolaan keuangan sejauh mana pemanfaatan Siskeudes di kota Jayapura. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyebaran informasi pemanfaatan Siskeudes bagi aparat desa di kota Jayapura. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemanfaatan Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes) Dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Kampung. Evaluasi yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem keuangan desa. Hasil Temuan: Hasil penelitian deseminasi Siskeudes, yang ditemukan oleh peneliti adalah : 1) inovasii (Siskeudes) telah diketahaui oleh masyarakat dan telah dimanfaatkan oleh aparatur desa yang ada, 2) pemberian informasi kepada masyarakat telah berjalan dengan baik karena telah diketahui oleh mayoritas 2 masyarakat yanga ada, 3) pemanfaatan (Siskeudes) memudahkan dan mempercepat layanan desa kepada masyrakat sehingga penerapan (Siskeudes) dapat dikatakan efektif, dan 4) peran serta masyarakat dalam penerapan (Siskeudes) sampai ssat ini berjalan dengan baik sebagi penerima layanan maupun sebagai pengawas jalnnya kegiatan aparatur desa. Kesimpulan: pemanfaatan Siskeudes di desa kota Jayapura bagi aparat desa dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa telah dilakukan dengan semestinya yang berdasar pada peraturan yang berlaku. Penyerahan informasi pemanfaatan Siskeudes yang telah dilakukan melalui berbagai pihak telah mendorong peningkatan kualitas pemanfaatan Siskeudes bagi aparat desa di kota Jayapura.
