Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The basis for the creation of this research is that there are several regions that have not received WTP notifications from the BPK, this is due to many factors that prevent these regions from receiving WTP notifications from the BPK due to a lack of good management of regional assets. Purpose: this research is to find out the optimization, the inhibiting factors, the efforts made to overcome the inhibiting factors in optimizing the management of regional buildings and buildings to increase the local revenue of North Bengkulu Regency. Method: In this study using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and direct interviews with related parties. Result: The results obtained show that the management of assets for the North Bengkulu district government's buildings has not gone well, as can be seen from the asset utilization data obtained, the implementation of which is still unclear in supporting PAD. This is evidenced by the recording of budget realization which is empty or the data is unclear and there are no rules in determining rental prices for building assets owned by the North Bengkulu district government.. Conclusion: North Bengkulu is likened to submitting a standard building rental rate proposal to the regent and applying optimal utilization so that none of the assets owned are neglected and can help the region's original income as well as the addition of personnel formation to assist in the management and management of BMD. improve the competence of management personnel determined through education and training.
