Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem of low public interest in studying higher education in Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe, analyze and find out the effectiveness of the two undergraduate programs in one village in increasing human resources through increasing the level of education of the people of Bojonegoro Regency. Purpose: This research uses descriptive and inductive methods according to the theory of Chambell J.P (1989:121) in Sarwaji (2009). Method: Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews with 7 informants, conservation and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that community participation is still not optimal, the implementation is relatively good and the level of awareness of the importance of education for the community is still low. Conclusion: The implementation of the two undergraduate programs in one village in Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency has been good, this is because program implementers help students during the program. In increasing community participation, it is hoped that the executor will continue to communicate with local students and use technology to provide information. Keywords: effectiveness, underprivileged students, educational scholarship ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan rendahnya minat masyarakat untuk mengenyam pendidikan tinggi di Kecamatan Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan mengetahui efektivitas program dua sarjana satu desa dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia melalui peningkatan tingkat pendidikan masyarakat Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif serta induktif menurut teori Chambell J.P (1989:121) dalam Sarwaji (2009). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tahap wawancara mendalam terhadap 7 orang informan, onservasi dan dokimentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu partisipasi masyarakat masih belum optimal, pada pelaksanaan tergolong baik dan tingkat kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan bagi masyarakat masih rendah. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan program dua sarjana satu desa di Kecamatan Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro sudah baik, hal ini dikarenakan pelaksana program membantu mahasiswa selama program berlangsung. Dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat makandiharapkan pelaksana terus menjalin komunikasi bersama mahasiswa setempat dan menggunakan teknologi dalam memberikam informasi.
